In December, fifth graders created ugly Christmas sweaters, wrote descriptive paragraphs about them, and presented them on the red carpet runway for parents and several classes.
Fifth grade students presented some of the saints at Mass and in the gym later, telling all about their saints.
FRIENDSHIP
Fifth graders and first graders enjoyed playing together during their last class meeting. When asked what they enjoyed the most or learned the most this year, one student said, "I made a forever friend."

During fifth grade, many of our students learn to be Altar Servers and then begin serving at Mass.

Celebrating FORGIVENESS! Time 2----4----give. We are making fours to remind us about forgiveness.

We love working with our buddies. We usually meet with them at lest once a month for class meetings. We have made posters together and even performed raps to show what the virtues mean. Here we are making virtue wind socks.
We worked with our partners to find examples of friendship and kindness to make collages from magazine pictures.

My name is Jenna and I am in Mrs. Pagano's 8th grade homeroom. In my free time I like to hang out with friends, shop, and play sports. My name is Gabby and I am also in Mrs. Pagano's 8th grade homeroom. When I have spare time I love to take pictures and hang out with friends! We hope we get to visit you guys soon!
